Touring artists coming to Hawaiʻi

Send me the rider and the stage plot. I’ll handle PA, backline and the local advance, and either mix your show or set your engineer up for a clean night.

New Year’s show at Grand Wailea: band on the outdoor stage, fireworks at midnight.

Hawaiʻi is a great stop and a tricky one. Backline is not always exactly what the rider asks for. Freight is slow and expensive, so most acts fly with fewer cases than they would on the mainland. Venues run from a historic theater to a hotel ballroom to a lawn by the ocean. A good local advance saves your crew a lot of guessing.

Send me

  • Rider and input list
  • Stage plot
  • Your show file and console model, if your engineer is traveling
  • Flights and arrival times
  • What you’re carrying and what you need here

You get

  • PA and backline matched to the venue and sourced locally
  • A local A1, monitor engineer, system tech, or all three
  • An RF plan for wireless mics and in-ears
  • A day sheet with load-in, line check, doors and curfew
  • Somebody who answers the phone

Island hopping? I can travel with you to Maui, Hawaiʻi Island and Kauaʻi. Read the audio advance I wish every band sent before you book flights.

Send the rider.

Dates, cities and the rider. I’ll come back with what’s available, what it costs, and anything in the rider that needs a workaround here.
