Production consulting
An experienced set of ears on your plans, your room, your quote or your next equipment purchase. Paid by the hour or the project, so the advice is about you and not a sale.
Quote reviews
Have a quote from a hotel or production company? I’ll mark every line fair, ask, negotiate or cut, and tell you what it should cost. How quote reviews work.
Venue and church system audits
I walk the room, listen, measure, look at the rack and the patch, and give you a written report: what works, what’s broken, what to fix first and what that costs. Most churches I’ve worked with needed better setup and training more than they needed new gear.

Purchase planning
Before you spend real money on a console or a speaker system, let’s make sure it fits the room, the people who’ll run it, and where you want to be in five years.
Training
For church teams, school staff and venue crews. Gain structure, mic technique, wireless, killing feedback, and how to run a service or an assembly without panic.
Planner and DMC support
Bring me in early to scope the AV, read the hotel’s AV clause and write the spec your vendors quote against. It’s the cheapest point in the process to save money.
Cost
Hourly, or a flat fee for a defined project. Audits come with a written report. Churches, schools and nonprofits get community rates. I’ll give you a number before we start.
Tell me what you’re working on.
Date, room, rough headcount, and whatever is keeping you up at night. I answer every request myself, usually the same day.
